Shipping policy

All PREMADE orders will be ready for shipping within 24hours of your order being purchased.

All CUSTOM STAINLESS STEEL TUMBLERS will be ready and shipped within 1-2 weeks of placing your order. If you are just adding a name add the name in the "ORDER SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS" at checkout. If you are looking to get a custom image / saying please email us at mamabro22@aol.com . 

All CUSTOM CAR FRESHIES will be ready within 2-3 weeks (except the glass ones they will be ready within 1-2 weeks) of placing your orders. To order a custom car freshie please send us an email and in SUBJECT make sure to put "CUSTOM FRESHIE ORDER".

All SNOW GLOBE CUPS will be ready to ship within 2-3 weeks of placing your orders. When ordering a snow globe cup be sure in the "ORDER SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS" section at checkout you state what color glitters you would like and if you would like slow flow (glitter takes awhile to settle) or fast flow( looks exactly like a snow globe). You may pick as many glitters as you would like but I recommend no more than 4 in one cup. Also, be sure to add your decal you would like with your cup which is also located in the decal tab.
